ERIC (Education Resources Information Index)

Maintained by the U.S. Department of Education, it is the world’s largest database of information on education. In August 2012 the management discovered that some documents revealed sensitive personal information about individuals and stopped access to full text of most documents, leaving only the abstracts. Work is continuing to resolve the problem and restore access.
